Set it with your choice of 3 stone options — 1mm Ice Blue TOPAZ (20), 1mm White CZ (20) and 1mm White DIAMOND VS (20). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
