Terms and Conditions for Promotions Offering Discounts, Credits, and Special Rates

General Terms

All promotions offered by Apollo Tattoo Studio are subject to the following terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise. Promotions cannot be combined or stacked with other offers unless expressly stated. Promotions are valid only for the specified promotional period or while supplies or services last. Apollo Tattoo Studio reserves the right to modify, revoke, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All promotions are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. Participants may be required to provide proof of age to redeem offers. Certain exclusions may apply, including specific tattoo artists, particularly those at the master or high-demand level, and Apollo Studio employees.

Promotions Offering Discounts or Special Prices

Promotional discounts and special prices apply solely to the services or products explicitly listed in the promotional offer.

Customers are responsible for mentioning the promotion at the time of checkout. Failure to notify staff about the promotion before paying and leaving the premises may result in forfeiture of the offer. Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or services not included in the promotion.

Free and Discounted Promotions (or Free With Purchase Promotions)

Discount promotions, free piercing or tattoo promotions, and other offers involving complimentary or reduced-price services are subject to the following terms.

All free piercing or discounted piercing promotions require the purchase of jewelry from Apollo Tattoo Studio. Jewelry purchased from other retailers or brought in by the client does not qualify.

Tattoo and piercing promotions entail specific requirements often including but not limited to: electing for a certain type of piercing or tattoo, purchases of jewelry brands, booking with a certain staff member or staff experience level, purchasing a minimum dollar value of jewelry, booking an appointment for two or more people, and/or other specific criteria. Consumers are responsible for confirming the requirements with Apollo staff at the time of booking or service.

Free piercing promotions are only valid for the piercing type(s) specified in the promotion. Additional piercings or upgrades may not be eligible for the promotional price.

For example, for our Friday the 13th Piercing Promotion on December 13, 2024, clients are eligible for a free piercing with the purchase of Kiwi Diamond face or nose jewelry valued at $200 or more. Eligible piercing types include ear and nose piercings only. Additional terms and requirements apply, which are available in-store or upon inquiry.

For all promotions, it is the responsibility of customers to establish clarity on promotional details by speaking with a staff member. Store not responsible for consumer misunderstandings or failures to understand terms and conditions before arrival, booking, or payment at our store.

Promotions Offering Credit (e.g., Gift Cards)

Promotional credits are issued for convenience in the form of digital gift cards. These credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or retail products unless explicitly stated.

Credits are promotional in nature and do not function as traditional gift cards. Apollo Tattoo Studio retains the right to revoke these credits under the terms of the promotion. Unless otherwise specified, credits are valid for two weeks from the date of issuance. Clients must schedule an appointment during this validity period to retain the credit (unless otherwise stated, appointments can be anytime in the future but must be placed on our calendar during the validity period). If an appointment is canceled the credit will be voided.

Rescheduling an appointment ensures the retention of promotional credits, provided the appointment occurs within one year and is not scheduled more than twice.

Limited Time and Limited Availability Promotions

Limited-time promotions, such as Friday the 13th tattoo offers, are offered on a first-come, first-served basis for services. Participation in such promotions does not guarantee availability. Customers are encouraged to act promptly, as services may reach capacity before the end of the promotional period.

Limited-availability promotions, whether for discounted products or services, are valid only while supplies or services last. Apollo Tattoo Studio reserves the right to limit availability based on capacity, inventory, or other operational considerations.

Flash Tattoo Promotions

Flash tattoo promotions, or other promotions involving pre-designed tattoos, are subject to the following terms. Flash tattoo promotions allow clients to select from pre-designed tattoo options available during the promotional period.

The available flash designs may change at any time, and the designs available during the promotion may differ from those displayed in promotional materials. Only the designs presented on the flash sheets provided during the promotion are eligible. No changes, customizations, or resizing of these designs are allowed. If multiple sets of flash sheets are offered (e.g., different design sizes or themes), clients must select all designs from the same sheet or group, as specified by Apollo staff. Mixing and matching across sheets is not permitted.

Apollo reserves the right to require that certain selections, such as multiple pieces, come from a single sheet or set within the available options.

For example, for our Friday the 13th Tattoo Promotion on December 13, 2024, participants may select from three flash tattoo options:

Nine tiny tattoos from the same flash sheet
Three small tattoos from the same flash sheet
One medium tattoo from the available medium flash designs

On the day of this promotion, each of the three options are priced at $139.

These terms and available options may apply or vary in future promotions.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Promotional offers are valid only for appointments completed within the promotional period or within the specified credit validity timeframe. Rescheduling an appointment within the promotional period retains the promotion or credit. However, cancellations without rescheduling will result in the promotion or credit being voided.

Additional Terms

Apollo Tattoo Studio reserves the right to deny the redemption of any promotion in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or failure to comply with these terms.

Customers are encouraged to review the latest promotional policies on the Apollo Tattoo Studio website before redeeming any offer. Promotional terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Updated policies will be available on the website and will govern any ongoing promotions.
