Set it with your choice of 15 stone options — 1mm Black DIAMOND (1), 1mm White DIAMOND VS (1), 1mm AMETHYST AA (1), 1mm Black CZ (1) and 1mm Black DIAMOND (1) [BLKDIA] (+10 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
