Set it with your choice of 52 stone options — 1mm Chocolate DIAMOND (3), 1mm London Blue TOPAZ AA (12), 1mm GREY DIAMOND (10), 1mm Smoky QUARTZ (25), 1mm AMETHYST AA (19), 1mm AMETHYST AA (21) and 1mm GARNET AA (20) (+47 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
