About the Pin with Flat Heart. An interchangeable end (decorative top) restyles a single piercing. Most BVLA ends can be fitted as threaded (screw-on) or threadless (push-pin) depending on your post — our piercers confirm the right back for your placement in-studio. This ends carries the BVLA family code 16-0002 and is hand-finished to order in 14k Rose Gold, 14k White Gold and 14k Yellow Gold — 3 metals in all and offered in Medium 4mm–Tiny 3mm.
