About the Niki Cuff. A clicker snaps shut with a hinged closure for quick, secure changes — a popular pick for septum, daith and larger-gauge ear work. This clickers carries the BVLA family code 36-0852 and is hand-finished to order in 14k Yellow Gold, 14k White Gold, 14k Rose Gold and 18k Yellow Gold (+3 more) — 7 metals in all and offered in 14GA 9/32in–16GA 9/32in.
