Set it with your choice of 47 stone options — 1mm Black DIAMOND (6), 1mm AMETHYST AA (6), 1mm Amber CZ (6), 1mm AQUAMARINE AA (6) and 1mm AQUAMARINE AA (3), 1mm Polar SAPPHIRE (3) (+42 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
