Set it with your choice of 30 stone options — 1mm AMETHYST AA (4), 1mm AMETHYST AA (4) [R], 1mm Black DIAMOND (4), 1mm Champagne DIAMOND (4) and 1mm Champagne SAPPHIRE (4) (+25 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
