Set it with your choice of 7 stone options — 11mm Copper Rutilated Quartz Cabochon (1), 8mm TIGER EYE Round (1), 6mm 1/2 PEARL (1), 6mm AMETHYST AA (1) and 8mm London Blue TOPAZ AA (1) (+2 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
