Set it with your choice of 11 stone options — 1.5mm Red DIAMOND (IR) (1), 1.5mm Red SPINEL (1), 1.5mm Synth Red Round (1), 1.5mm GARNET AA (1) and 1.5mm GARNET AA (1) [RW] (+6 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
