Set it with your choice of 4 stone options — 1.75mm White CZ (4), 1.75mm CITRINE AA (4), 1.75mm MARCASITE (4) and 1.75mm White DIAMOND VS (4). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
