Set it with your choice of 24 stone options — 2mm White CZ (1), 2mm White DIAMOND VS (1), 2mm Black DIAMOND (1), 2mm MOLDAVITE (From Rough) (1) and 2mm Mystic TOPAZ (1) (+19 more). Every gem is set by hand in solid gold, so the piece you receive is genuinely made for you, not pulled from a tray.
