Origin and Craft
One year ago Hannah swapped a Colorado woodshop for bright Los Angeles skies to pursue tattooing full time. Oil painting taught her colour discipline, while wood burning trained her to commit every stroke with confidence. Tattooing felt like the natural next step—working on organic surfaces, making permanent marks and letting stories travel the world on skin instead of canvas.

Aesthetic and Inspiration
Hannah is drawn to the beautifully uncanny: a fox sprouting blossoms, an anatomical heart laced with vines or a raven quoting Poe. Animals, anatomy and botanicals anchor her work, while a lifelong love of literature keeps the references playful yet profound. If the idea feels whimsical, surreal or a little dark, she is in her element.

Process and Philosophy
Whether adapting flash or crafting a custom piece, Hannah begins on a tablet. She layers references, experiments with scale and mocks up placement on a photo of the client. Each design is revised until it feels intentional from every angle. Collaboration is non‑negotiable, and so is comfort. No question is silly, and first‑session nerves are met with clear explanations and steady guidance. In her chair, tattoos become conversations that are accessible, personal and empowering.

Beyond the Needle
Raised in Pakistan, Hungary and Japan and later living in Boston, Anchorage and Denver, Hannah pulls texture and mood from a worldwide mix of landscapes and cultures. Away from the studio she burns detailed scenes into reclaimed wood and shows mixed‑media art at Ten Women Gallery in Santa Monica, just a short walk from Apollo. Whatever the medium, her mission stays constant: create art that tells stories, sparks curiosity and helps people feel more like themselves.
